Our operation

Our own packing facility in Zapotiltic, Jalisco.

Our packing facility runs certified processes for receiving, sorting and sizing, packing, cold storage, palletizing and loading. Every lot is recorded with full traceability from the orchard to the moment it leaves the plant, and the product is conditioned according to the size, class and destination of each order.

Scheduled shipments to Mexico, the United States and Canada.

Domestic market

We serve scheduled shipments to Guadalajara, Mexico City, Monterrey, Tijuana, Mexicali, Hermosillo, Chihuahua, Puebla, Querétaro, Cancún and the rest of the country. Delivery can be made at our Zapotiltic packing facility or directly at your warehouse, wholesale market or distribution center.

Export

We export Hass avocado to the United States and Canada with phytosanitary compliance verified by SENASICA and under the USDA/APHIS program. We also serve shipments to Central America, Europe, Asia, Japan and the Middle East, with lot-level traceability and complete export documentation.

What is the minimum order for wholesale Hass avocado?

The minimum order is 1 metric ton picked up at our packing facility in Zapotiltic, Jalisco. That volume applies to buyers who collect directly at the plant.

From what volume do you run scheduled shipments?

Scheduled shipments start at 20 metric tons, which is one full 40-foot refrigerated container. This volume applies to both domestic destinations and export.

What Hass avocado sizes and classes do you handle?

We handle the Súper, Extra, Primera, Segunda, Tercera and Cuarta sizes — our commercial grading scale — in Class A and Class B. The variety is Hass avocado, including Méndez and seasonal Hass, and availability by size is published in our updated inventory.

What payment methods do you accept?

We work with cash payments only: 50% on order confirmation and 50% on loading and release of the product. We accept cash and bank transfer.

Which incoterms do you work with?

We operate under the EXW, FOB, CIF and CPT incoterms. Delivery can be made at our packing facility or at the destination, depending on the agreed incoterm.

Do you export Hass avocado to the United States and Canada?

Yes. We export to the United States and Canada with phytosanitary compliance verified by SENASICA and under the USDA/APHIS program, with lot-level traceability and complete export documentation. We also serve shipments to Central America, Europe, Asia, Japan and the Middle East on request.
