This notice is the English version of our Spanish privacy notice. The processing described here is governed by Mexican data protection law. In the event of any discrepancy between the Spanish and English versions of this notice, the Spanish version shall prevail.
Data controller
Mexfrut, with its address at Libramiento carretera Zapotiltic – Tamazula Km 1.672, Lote 1, Zapotiltic, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data we collect through aguacatehass.mx.
Data we collect
Through the quote request form we collect your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, destination country or market, volume required in metric tons and any comments you choose to include.
Purposes
- To handle and respond to your Hass avocado quote request.
- To send you the commercial proposal, availability by size and shipping options for your destination.
- To follow up on the commercial relationship and any orders arising from it.
- To comply with applicable tax, customs and phytosanitary obligations.
Transfers
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties outside Mexfrut, except where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to carry out the export operation you have requested, before authorities and customs brokers.
ARCO rights
You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contacto@mexfrut.com. We will respond to your request within the periods set out in the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Cookies and measurement
We use our own cookies and Google Analytics cookies to measure use of the site. When you arrive you can accept or reject measurement cookies; the site works normally either way. Your decision is stored in your browser and you can change it by clearing the site data.
